Hula Hooping on the coffee table

I  am such a country girl. I grew up in the country, riding horses and running wild. Bless my parents for never once trying to settle me down. I wore cowboy boots and jeans. I had long thick hair that could not be tamed and my spirit was one of unending adventure. I remember getting on my horse and telling my mom I would be gone a while, I was searching for big foot and off I would ride. I had a great childhood. Standing on a rock for one of my pictures reminded me of standing on my mom's coffee table hula hooping and my family exclaiming how good I was. They all always made me feel special. I love them so.

This outfit is very much like something I would have worn as a kid. Jeans, t-shirt and boots! I added a cozy sweater and scarf  to complete the look. So comfortable and happy.

One of my favorite authors Mark Twain, who was born in Missouri not far from where I grew up and also had an adventuresome spirit said,

"Sing like no one is listening.
Love like you’ve never been hurt.
Dance like nobody’s watching,
and live like it’s heaven on earth.."

Those are words to live by folks!

Thanks for stopping by!

Peace!

I am always so excited when I get comments and always very appreciative. If you ever want to know where I got anything I am wearing or showing, just let me know I will get right back to you!
