Short Pants
So what are we calling short pants these days? Are they cropped, Capri, ankle pants? The pants in this post were called Capri's when I bought them several years ago and because they were so cute I held onto them for several years until I thought they were out of style. But today since we are having our version of a warm day (77 degrees in mid afternoon), I thought I would see if I could style my old "short pants." I love the neutral color and decided to stay with it for the whole outfit. The top is old too and has an underlay that hangs lower than the part you see. Since the pants had such cute details, I decided to tuck the under lay in and give the top a cropped top look. I loved the outcome, added wedge heels, a straw bag and hat. I have a family reunion this weekend and I am thinking I may just wear this outfit!
