A thing for grey
It seems everything I like lately is grey. Soft grey colors seem so cozy and since I am back in the mountains, cozy is what I am looking for. Last fall I saw this cardigan in tans and blues and fell in love with it but decided it was too much fabric hanging around me and was afraid it would look like a sack. But recently I saw it on another blogger "Dawned On Me" and I decided I wanted to try it. She had the tan and blue one but directed her readers to the grey one. Now that I have it, I love it and am so glad I got it. I had the grey tunic and jeans and the bag is a couple of years old. The bag is also a recommendation from a blogger, "The Rich Life in Wine County." It is an Adora and such a beautiful leather bag made in Italy. My Vince Camuto booties were bought last fall also.
I have followed Adrienne of The Rich Life in Wine County for years. She was the first blogger I followed and the main reason I blog today. She inspired me so much and even encouraged me when I reached out to her at a difficult time in my life. She will always have a special place in my heart!
Dawn of Dawned On Me is a new young blogger that I recently discovered. I can tell you right now, she will be big. Her style and presentation are perfection if you ask me. Her fresh look and down to earth appeal is just what I needed to up my game this winter.
My advice is, if you haven't been to these two blogs, you should check them out!
Note: I tried posting on the mornings of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a while and for some reason like my old schedule of evenings of Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, so look for me then. See you Thursday evening!
Thanks for stopping by!
Peace!
