I have done variations on this outfit before. I love the contrast between the masculine shirt and feminine hot pink sandals. It shows that it doesn't matter so much what your wear, but how you wear it. I wore skinny jeans with a raw hem to add more contrast and edge. This is one crazy mixed up outfit but I like it. Also it is very comfortable which you know for me is important. I have been carrying my tan bag because it is all I have with me, but it really works for almost everything I wear. Big hooped earrings completed my look.

While taking a break from moving this week I decided to use some of the gooseberries I had picked last summer and make a pie. This pie was a big favorite in the community where I grew up. It turned out so delicious, the perfect blend of sweet and tart.
