A Little Shifty
A few years ago the shift dress became very popular. I loved how this unstructured dress looked on other women and bought a few. But, I just couldn't wear them. I looked like I was drowning in a sack. I kept trying however and held on to the dresses thinking I would find a way. Well today I found a way! I put on this white dress that is several years old and worn maybe once and I added a cute little macrame belt around my waist. I was so excited because I could use this dress finally! I added summer accessories and bounced out the door for pictures. I have this same dress in a chambray fabric and now can't wait to style it! I added a pair of mules, a wicker bag that I bought several years ago for a trip to Mexico and a fun summer hat. A watch and big earrings completed this look. Oh and of course sunglasses for effect!
