For a few months now I have been seeing another old trend returning. I usually love to see the return of something I lived through but this one I was a little unsure of. It is your top tucked in to high waisted jeans. This can be tricky for me because I am very short waisted and the balance is way off when I fully tuck in tops. But I wanted to see if I could make it work and get used to it.  After trying it out a few times this week I am kind of starting to like it. 

my outfit

For this outfit I am wearing a pair of high waisted straight leg jeans, a fitted top so there was not too much to have to tuck in and a cardigan. I added a belt to really accentuate my waist. I thought the floral top and cardigan would help balance the look. A pair of low heeled boots completed this casual look. The look is growing on me and I think I will be playing around with it some more for spring.
