The Scoop

If you have been reading along this month you know I have been all about health and fitness. I have tried to put everything else on the back burner and put my health first. Heart disease runs in my family and some have had the window maker (worst kind of heart attack) at around the age I am now. Most recently my brother passed away about a year after his heart attack because it damaged his heart beyond repair. He was 59, had is heart attack at 58.

Anyway one of my theories is if I am always dressed to workout I will do so when the time is right. And with our current stay at home lifestyle it is nice to be comfortable, ready to be active and look pulled together. This is my pandemic uniform. These pictures were taken at the condo, which by the way I have been staging to put on the market later this month. Another project just about done.

My Look

I am wearing American Eagle joggers, Adidas Stan Smith sneakers, Madewell Tee, zip up sweatshirt and a ball cap. I’m carrying a packpack that I have had a long time.
