Yard Work Outfit

The Scoop

Sunday I decided I wanted to work in the front yard. We have plants that need to be trimmed, removed and I needed to find all the sprinkler heads and drips to make sure they were working. We have mostly natural desert landscaping but still we have to trim things some and water a tiny bit here and there. Since I love to work in the yard I put on my old overalls and got to work.

My Look

I am not lying when I say these overalls are 25 years old. They are indestructible. Even my work boots I have on are 15 years old. I don’t wear them much so they last. My tee is old but only a few years.

I love headbands and have found the best way for me to have any variety is to have an assortment of bandannas. I fold them and tie a knot in the middle and then tie the ends together and it works perfectly to keep my hair out of my face.

I didn’t look this fresh an hour later when I came in. Haha. But it was nice to start out dressed for the occasion!
