Sometimes I have to laugh at the terms we have for clothing. But they really do pin down a description I guess. It’s kind of like a language all of its own. When you are used to it, you don’t think about it much but sometimes I hear my husband try to use something he picked up from me and he really doesn’t have a clue and it can be really funny. This look is made up of my boot cut jeans and my bat wing top.

My Look

This is a nice casual look from top to bottom. I am wearing a bat wing thermal top in a soft cream color. It is so light and cozy. My jeans (over 15 years 0ld, Lucky Brand) are worn in just right and so on trend these days. Boot cut is everywhere. I am so glad I held on to these. My old clogs are a throwback to the 60s and 70s and I guess this is at least their third time around the trend carousel. They are built tough and made to last. I grabbed a fun hat and my LV bag to complete this look.

I’m liking same top ( I have it is a few colors, I’m wearing a small my normal size but the extra small would have been just fine.), boot cut jean options, clog options and hats. My hat is from Revolve and is a Brixton. I love this brand because it comes in sizes so you know it will fit. I wear an xs and most hats are way too big.
