The Scoop

I love how leopard print never goes out of style. And I love how I can go to my closet and pull out leopard prints that I have collected over the years. My interest in shopping has really deminished over the past year and a half. I suppose it is a sign of the times. I am so glad I have curated a closet that fits my needs and continues to spark my creative side.

Another thing that seems so fun and interesting about fashion these days is how anything goes. Yes, trends continue to filter in but we can wear anything these days and not really feel dated. I’ve seen the headlines that skinny jeans are out but they are not. I see everyone wearing them and I do too. It’s just we have added new silouettes to our closets.

Not much of the leggings show so any black leggings work.

My Look

Everything I am wearing is older. But each piece is almost a basic. A leopard print top with lots of interest makes this look fun. It is flowy with ruffles, ties and all kinds of detail that doesn’t show up in my pictures. I am wearing it with black leggings, something most everyone has in their closet. And for shoes I am wearing knee high boots which are also a basic that almost everyone who loves clothes and shoes owns. A brown clutch and gold jewelry complete this cute and comfortable look.
