Jeans for Spring 2021

The Scoop

When I put these jeans on it took me back to 7th grade and my first boy girl party. I wore this exact style jean only they were white. I thought I was so hip and felt very groovy! They were my favorite pants second only to my green hounds tooth hip hugger bell bottoms. Haha.

I cannot tell you how comfortable these jeans are. I am not a fan of the newer denim fabric for most jeans. I don’t like them to be stretchy. I have a very few of the designer jeans and they are stretchy and just feel cheap if you ask me. These jeans are the good old fashioned cotton that doesn’t start sagging after you wear it a while. I mean they are Levi’s the king of jeans and they don’t try to rob you blind for them. They will be in my closet for years. I used to love Lucky brand jeans but even they have moved to the thin stretchy material. I am glad I kept all my old ones because they are back in style again and such great quality. Anyway let’s just say these are my new favorite jeans for spring!

My Look

I am wearing the jeans mentioned above with a beautiful top I thrifted a few years ago at our little mountain town thrift store. It is 100% silk and a Tommy Bahama brand and still like new. My bag is old and my shoes are old. They are born wedge mules and starting to show a little wear. I wish I could find another pair of them. I did find a similar pair to share with you though. So sorry for the day five hair. I have no excuse.

Linking beautiful tie front tops. One is a Tommy Bahama but I adore the Karen Kane tops. Also found some other cute ones on major sale. I found almost exact Born wedges except mine are slides with no back straps. Good sale on these too.

Well I am off to get my vaccine this morning! Big to do at a large stadium where we just drive through. Who would ever have thought they would have drive through vaccines!
