I thought it would be fun to do a Monday post this week. I have been enjoying trying new looks lately and this one is such a no brainer. So easy but yet nice. I call it the casual dressy look. It feels very casual but it could pass for a nicer occasion. And I could throw on a denim jacket for more casual or a blazer for more dressy.

I also switched out my bag while taking pictures. One is a dressier bag while one is a fabulous canvas tote. The handbag is old but so classic. You can never go wrong with a black and white satchel. The tote is beautiful and perfect for spring. It comes in so many colors too. It gives my look a more casual vibe.

My Look

I am wearing a pair of loose wide leg pants that are high waisted and pleated in the front. My top is a ribbed knit tank. I am wearing a pair of sky high sandals because these pants run long and I adore how they flow around my feet. I put on my gold and silver assortment of jewelry. I love silver and always have but have picked up a few gold pieces over the last few years and think the mixing of the metals is so current. I have on a gold layered necklace, silver hoop earrings, mixed metal bracelets and a white watch with silver trim. I have two bags, a black and white one and then a multi-colored tote.

My hair is getting longer and some days it is just easier for me to put it in these pigs tails. I am seeing a lot of women wearing this hair style. I love the Silver Style Studio. She does the most fun pig tails.

I just wasn’t in the mood to mess with my contacts today so I wore my glasses. Some days I just want to go lazy!
