The Scoop

I am writing all these posts for this week about a week in advance. By now it will be time for my kids to leave and it will be kind of sad. But I won’t think about it as I write this post. We will know more about the sell of the house by now too. It is under contract but you never know until closing for sure.

Meanwhile I keep on keeping on. I do the things you do in your life. I started daily journaling a few weeks ago. I write each morning about how I feel, what I accomplished the day before and what I want to accomplish that day. It is supposed to be theraputic but so far is seems to reflect that I am a little boring. But don’t tell anyone! ha ha.

My Look

I’m wearing the most perfect t shirt dress I have ever had. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable. After wearing flats mostly for the past year I thought I would never be able to wear heels again. But you know what? I barely wear anything else. I fly around in heels like they are sneakers. It sort of makes me feel powerful.

But I got off track a little. I am wearing a pair of Kurt Geiger sandals. I got them on a really good sale and of course they are sold out now. But gosh they are so cute and comfy. I added my usual hat, bag and jewelry. This look is a keeper.

Linking same dress. I have it in the blue and white stiped too and it comes in so many colors. I ordered xs and it fits perfect so I would say tts. I often order up so they would be too tight but not in this one.

Linking same hat that I wear year after year, same jewelry and similar sandals and bag. My bag is so old but I use it all the time so it really just doesn’t go out of style for summer and it is on sale! I have the tan sandals linked and love them and they come is black too. Fabulous sandals! My black flats are also really old but I think black Havannas would be perfect so linking them too.
