Recreating A Casual Look Spring 2022

The Scoop

These are some pictures from May 2019. Where has the time gone? Anyway, I was out of pictures for a new post and I ran across this look and realized I still have all these things in my closet. I must recreate this look soon.

I often look through my blog and see outfits to recreate that were favorites and things I still have in my closet. Sometimes I see something that I loved that I gave away and really wish I had kept it.

My Look

Everything in this look is old and I still have it in my closet. These jeans were a big style change for me in 2019. Skinny jeans were starting to lose popularity a little bit. I love to try new things so I got these basic Levi’s 501 jeans. I still have them and I still love them. Maybe more now than then.

My top was also a trend just coming onto the fashion scene. The cropped top. I was sure I would not like how it looked on me but I tried it and loved it.

The shoes have been my favorite sandals for years. They are Ted Baker and make me feel tall and chic when I wear them.

This fun bag (in the first picture) was a cool thrift find and still is at home in my closet. When I found it at a thrift shop, I was starting to see them in the stores and think it is a bag that will stand the test of time for the right look.

The big round bag I think I got at a Marshals. I still have it also. It is fun statement bag for spring and summer.
