I have no problems creating fall outfits. I love the colors of fall. I love the textures of fall. And I have collected so many classic pieces that work for fall that I never really need anything new. Want, maybe? Need, no. How do I know when something is classic? When I keep wearing it year after year and it always looks fresh.

My Look

My ROI has been good with this top. I would say one of my best purchases in a long time. I wear it on repeat and it holds up beautifully.

The same for these pants. I have had them for around 10 years now and each year they look as good as the last.

Clogs too never seem to go out of style. Mine are many years old and my bag is another oldie that seems to be a classic.

Create Your Own Look

My guess is you have similar items in your closet. I’m wearing old slacks (made from a Ponte knit that is a nice weight) they are flared, go to the waist and zip on the side.

My bag is a treasured designer bag from so many years ago and the leopard print is truly classic. Clogs stand the test of time depending on how you wear them. I would not have worn these with skinny jeans but with flares falling over the top they are perfect.

Now the top is new but peplum tops are shown every season year after year. The trendiest part of this look is the faux leather. I didn’t see this fabric so much in years past. I think we will see it for many years to come because of the technology they have found to make it is so comfortable and wearable.
