So, February is almost over. And I am thinking about what I can add next to my fitness plan. I managed to do yoga 24 out of the 28 days of February and it was enough to know that I plan to continue daily yoga.

I started adding in some strength training a couple of weeks ago but only twice a week. I don’t enjoy the sore muscles I get from lifting weights.

I am dying to add cardio. It is what makes me high in life. But my body is not fully cooperating. Conundrum, right? But I will not be deterred and am still hatching a plan. Ha Ha!

I am eating using my 80/20 rule. 80 percent of the time I am eating good things. But once in a while something not so good sneaks up on me, hits me from behind and jumps into my mouth.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

I feel like all I wear is active wear which would be ok if it was always pulled together. But often it is my 15 year old pair of grey sweat pants and a dingy white tee.

Now this only a rumor, no one has actually recorded it. Luckily my neighbors are not into taking pictures because they would be able to prove that I wear the same thing everyday when I take Stella for her walk.

Why can’t I dress like this everyday? It is easy and cute and comfortable. I should throw away my old sweat pants but they are like a child’s blanky to me. Go figure.
