Elevated Khaki Style Spring 2023

The Scoop

I am so glad that year after year I can count on my Chinos to be in style. They really do say, “spring is here” to me. I love how versatile they can be too. I can wear them with a tee shirt or sweat shirt and sneakers or I can throw on a pretty blouse and sandals. I would love to find a matching jacket to create a simple suit look. I must be on the look for one!

My Look

Here I am wearing a pair of khaki Chinos (Gap), a black shoulder pad tee (Revolve) with a thin leopard belt (old not sure where I got it) and a pair of black sandals (old from Nordstrom). My necklace is very old (I got it in Mexico) and it is a large piece of Amber. I carried a large wicker tote from Walmart to complete this look.

In the last picture I switched out the black heeled sandals for a pair of flat sandals with pearls (Nordstrom old) and a fabulous hat that I got at my favorite Boutique in McCall Idaho when I lived there.

I’m wearing white nail polish by Essie, big silver hoop earrings and some old bracelets too (all old).
