Being barely five foot, five inches tall really makes wearing tunics difficult. They can overpower you and make you look sloppy. Since I love tunics so much I have spent time trying to find those that will work for me and learning how to style them to be more flattering. I find that a very slim pant helps the most by elongating your body. Heels or wedges are nice too, to balance things.
I have had my eye on the Johnny Was brand for a couple of years and finally this year purchased a few tops. These tops are beautifully embroidered and come in vibrant colors. I have the red one which is my favorite, a dark blue one and a white one. They are so light weight and summery and add a festive vibe to every occasion. I wore this top with white skinny ankle pants and wedge shoes. And you have to be getting tired of seeing this same hat but it was the perfect finish to my outfit. I added Kendra Scott earrings in turquoise to bring out the colors in the top.
