She's Got Legs!

Let me explain my title. I was a very skinny child and was teased about it a lot. I tried most of the time to cover my body, especially my famous chicken legs! I laugh now, no real emotional harm done. I remember my mom with a good heart sewing me such beautiful clothes. At Easter she would make the whole family matching dresses and shirts (3 girls, 2 boys). Anytime I would have to wear a dress or think I might be able to pull it off, my mom would tease me shouting, "She's got legs!" like she was very surprised. It was so funny! Now when I put on a dress I hear her voice in my head. Long story, short (too late), my post title, She's Got Legs!

I have legs in this post. It is Easter after all, dress-time of the year. I love this dress because it is relaxed and kind of old fashioned. Floral is big for spring and this dress has pockets! All clothing should have pockets for collecting rocks, wild mushrooms or chicken eggs. This dress is 100% cotton and has a fun cutout in the back. It is a lightweight fabric so they fully lined it with a sweet delicate slip-like fabric. It has little straps in the shoulders so bra straps won't slip down and is very soft. There are so many details, I hope I don't forget to mention any.

eShakti contacted me and asked me to pick out a dress and review it for them. This company is very different than many companies. They custom make your dress for you. You pick out the dress fabric and basic style and then you get to pick out the neckline, the hem length and the type of sleeves you want. You can even give them your specific measurements and they will make it to those measurements. Their website is extremely simple to use and I have to say, a lot of fun. They were fast, always responded to my questions within a few hours and gave me the feeling that they are proud of their product.

Since we are still having some chilly days I hooked my dress up with a leather jacket and of course my favorite navy shoes and fringe bag. They went perfectly with the floral print and I was very happy with the outcome. I will definitely be wearing this dress with cardigans, flats, cute sandals and even tennis shoes this summer. It is that versatile.
