The Scoop
It has been in the 80s here in Arizona so I pulled out the self-tanner and the shorts! Gosh I feel like it is too early for it to be this warm. And it is true the temperatures are way above average. And to top it off rainfall amounts are way under normal so it is dryer than I have ever seen it, even for the desert. They forecast very high fire hazard for us right now and for the summer to come. So, it is worrisome for sure.
On the bright side as you read this (if you read it today), I am making a loaf of sourdough bread! It is 6:30 AM and I have soft classical music playing in the back ground and a lovely scented candle burning. It is still dark outside but the birds are starting their early morning chirping. It’s the simple things that make my heart sing.
My Look
I’m wearing a pair of shorts from Costco. I liked them because of the fun color. They are more of a mustard color than they show in this post. My tee is a great thrift find from earlier this year. It is fabulous quality and in perfect condition with a Van Gogh print on the front and a Van Gogh quote on the back. Totally a treasure found. My sandals are new from Revolve. They are Steve Madden. I love the platform, the crochet upper and the color! They are so cute and fun and versatile! Air dried hair. I wanted to see how it would look and I am sort of liking it although it is a bit big! Ha Ha!
