I put this outfit together for a fashion show I was attending in Seattle over the weekend.

I wanted to style a pair of dress pants for this post. Since I left working at Universities I don't have many but the few I have need to be used I am thinking.

When I bought these jeans back in early spring this year, I bought this top to go with it.

This is about one of my favorite outfits for this spring and summer. The jeans are DIY raw uneven hems and the top is old from the Loft.

I had a black pair of jeans that were too long. I loved the fit but needed them shortened so I chopped them off.

I am so proud that I have stuck to my commitment of showing a dress post on Mondays!

It's that time of the year when I pull out my Johnny Was tops

I have always had a red bandanna in my closet. I rarely pull it out but it seems like something i need.

For me the most forgiving garment is a maxi dress. They are so comfortable I see not why the Moo Moo was so popular when I was growing up.

Usually when I think of neutrals I think of tans, nudes, whites or even blush. But actually black, navy and some say leopard is a neutral.

I know I have been going a little scarf in the hair silly lately so I thought I would give it a break and do scarf on the bag! Ha Ha!

Last Monday I did a post on a shift dress and how I wore it with a belt (here). This week I decided to try another shift dress and go a little Jackie O and wear a head scarf.
